I offer support, compassion, honest reflection, and transformative relationship to help you achieve your goals and live more fully. That could mean:
slowing down and finding your pace;
learning to identify and express your impulses, wants, and needs;
getting to know your body as a resource;
working on setting more appropriate boundaries;
understanding and alleviating trauma symptoms;
building deeper, more intimate connections;
or simply taking refuge to rest and reflect, space for the new you to unfold.
Our sessions will center your experience, helping you to feel ground beneath your feet - and feel into your growth edge - as you move through what may be a challenging, confusing time.

I practice body-based, mindful psychotherapy. While this does include plenty of talking, I’ve seen over and over how these powerful, experiential methods can cut through speech and story to help people feel more at home in their bodies, relieve symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and depression, and come into fuller, more alive ways of being in relationship.
Including the body to go beyond talking and thinking, our work can integrate body and mind to impact the way you move, grow, and express yourself in the world.
I am warm, direct, and collaborative. At the deepest levels, I believe we all want to thrive. Part of my job as your therapist will be to help you uncover and align with your deepest longings and impulses towards thriving and wholeness. At the same time, it is critical that we can hold those longings in the context of the real world. In that way, our work will center your immediate experience and take into account what’s up for you today and what is most needed in this moment.
